📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain logistics documents, including invoices, delivery orders, and waybills.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle data entry and maintenance for logistics operations using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics for logistics performance.
- Support the logistics team in managing inventory and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics operations.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics manager and other team members.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of logistics events and activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles within the logistics industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
