Accounts Receivable Administrator - Competitive Salary & Performance Bonus

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from our clients, suppliers, and partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire receivables process, from invoicing to payment collection. You will work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and payments are received on time. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Track and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collection.
• Reconcile accounts daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve any discrepancies in accounts, working closely with the finance team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables transactions.
• Generate reports on receivables performance and provide insights to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure a positive experience throughout the payment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
