📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement environmental policies and regulations in alignment with national and international standards.
- Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and international partners to ensure effective environmental management.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance with regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of environmental professionals.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and manage environmental permits.
- Advocate for environmental sustainability within the community and promote public awareness.
- Represent the government at national and international environmental conferences and workshops.
- Stay updated with the latest environmental trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in a government or regulatory role.
- Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001 or EMAS.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using environmental management software and tools.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
