Account Executive - Financial & Operational Management

In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support the company's budgeting and forecasting processes. You'll also be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial reports.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage critical accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Support the company's budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency
- Provide financial support to various departments
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
