📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical projects.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.
• Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E cost management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets and ensuring cost control.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, APM) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
