📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the production and wholesale systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for system issues and outages.
Collaborate with development teams to implement system updates and improvements.
Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT operational support.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operational support, preferably in a production or wholesale environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Familiarity with production and wholesale systems, including ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems.
Proficiency in using monitoring and management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
