As a Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen. Your daily tasks will include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for stocking and organizing kitchen supplies, as well as assisting with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment using a three-compartment sink and dishwashing machine.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies, including dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials.
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Participate in kitchen maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dishwasher or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
