As the Head of Services & Facilities, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our facility infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and security. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities are not only functional but also efficient and safe. You will work closely with our team to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage all facility services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and security systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
- Train and supervise facility staff.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits.
- Manage the budget for facility services and ensure cost-effectiveness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management and electrical engineering.
- Certification in electrical safety and facility management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Proficient in using facility management software (e.g., FM:pro, ServiceMax).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
