📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Present products and services to potential customers and negotiate deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
