Hotel Fajar Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. We are a popular fast-food restaurant located in the heart of Balikpapan, and we are seeking a candidate who is passionate about customer service and sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with ordering and provide information about our menu items.,Operate the cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of food and beverage items.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.,Promote our menu items and specials to customers to increase sales.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
