📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Conduct market research to identify sales trends and customer preferences,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services,Assist in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels,Participate in training and development programs for sales team members🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines🛠️ Keahlian
