📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative educational programs for patients and their families.
  • Educate patients and their families about various healthcare topics, including medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that educational materials are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of our patients.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in healthcare education and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into your practice.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all educational activities and patient interactions.
  • Promote a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages patients and their families to actively participate in their healthcare.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, healthcare education, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare education.
