Root Plus Ekspansindo is a leading company in the hospitality industry, offering a unique and immersive experience in the heart of Ubud, Bali. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This is a remote position with occasional visits to the office in Ubud.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about the property, local attractions, and services.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Perform general administrative duties as needed.,Promote the property and its amenities to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work remote with occasional office visits.
