Trust Recruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the wellness and F&B sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury lifestyle market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
