Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and customer service standards.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional managers and national sales teams to drive overall sales growth.
• Participate in training and development programs for store staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
