📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales growth.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
