In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cash handling operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash handling operations including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation.,Oversee the work of junior cashiers and provide guidance and training.,Monitor cash balances and detect any discrepancies or irregularities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.,Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide regular updates to management on cash handling operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
