📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the bakso outlet,Manage and lead a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction,Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Conduct regular staff training and development programs,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Area Manager,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the food and beverage industry,Strong understanding of bakso production and quality control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business etiquette,Fluency in both Indonesian and English
