📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and identify new product opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to manage purchase orders and track supplier performance.
• Participate in product development activities, including sampling, testing, and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
