📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
