📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials and activities.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
