📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers,Promote and sell products and services to customers,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records,Provide excellent customer service and support,Achieve and exceed sales targets,Collaborate with the sales team to drive team performance,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments,Attend and participate in sales training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or telesales,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent time management and organizational skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus,Must have a valid SIM card and smartphone
