📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop user guides, API references, and other technical materials.
  • Review and edit documentation written by other team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing.
  • Participate in product development discussions to ensure documentation needs are met.
  • Contribute to improving the documentation process and tools.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
