In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's financial goals and objectives.,Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics to support decision-making and performance evaluation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
