📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans.,Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
