📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow the client base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of sales training materials and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or limited experience in account management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
