📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the branch.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
